在这里学什么？ **Course summary**- Learn on a course accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Institute of Building.- Develop the knowledge to plan, develop and manage construction projects.- Participate in fields trips in the UK and Europe.- Have the opportunity to work abroad — with the possibility of Erasmus funding being available for European placements.Learn the key skills for a range of quantity surveying roles. You cover practical topics including financial management, contract administration and practice, conflict avoidance, cost planning, procurement and tendering. You will apply these concepts in real-life scenarios and collaborative assessment techniques. This course satisfies the academic stage of the journey towards attaining Chartered Surveyor status.**How You Learn**The course features a variety of activities that see classroom learning being applied in order to develop solutions to real world challenges. 为来自中国的学生设计 The following qualifications from China will be considered for entry on to undergraduate programmes, with a minimum average of 60 per cent: Diploma from Specialised College (Zhongzhnan); Diploma from Vocational Secondary School (Zhixiao); Three year middle school diploma plus foundation degree; and A levels. Graduate Diploma from: Radio and TV Universities; Spare Time Universities; Training Colleges for Administrative cadres; Higher Education Self Study Examinations; Adult Education/Adult Education in Science and Technology subjects; Senior High School Diploma; Chinese University Entrance Examination (until 2003); College Graduation Diploma (Dazhuan awarded by university/college on completion of 2-3 years study). Applicants who have completed the first year of an undergraduate degree at a Chinese university may be considered for direct entry to Sheffield Hallam University undergraduate programmes. Sheffield Hallam welcomes applications from international school students taking the International Baccalaureate Diploma and those achieving 28 points or more will usually be successful in obtaining an offer of a place on our undergraduate programmes. IELTS for UKVI 6.0; Listening: minimum level 5.5; Speaking: minimum level 5.5; Reading: minimum level 5.5; Writing: minimum level 5.5.
