You’ll learn how to promote products and encourage sales in a competitive environment, so you graduate with the skills needed to pursue a career in food and business.**How you learn**You will study the core subject of International Business, along with specialist food marketing management topics. There is an emphasis on critical and creative thinking, and you will develop analytical, technical, commercial and professional skills. **You learn through**- lectures- seminars- problem based learning- practical sessions in state of the art facilities- workshops- individual and group presentations- reflective exercises- projects**Applied learningLive projects** Live projects form a valuable part of your learning on this course. You will undertake a 20 credit module based on a food marketing management topic, have autonomy to decide on your topic, and will be supported throughout the module by experienced tutors.**Field trips** You will have the opportunity to engage with industry through our specialist guest speakers and via tutors with extensive industry experience. Guest speakers may include specialists in new product development and marketing.
