在这里学什么？ - Learn the specific skills needed to create memorable event experiences, both physically and virtually, demonstrating business value for employers and clients- Study the essential aspects of planning and delivering safe and effective events, from delivering persuasive pitches to delivering the event itself- Specialise in the event area of your choice- Take on the challenge of delivering memorable events with the support of experienced tutors.This course builds on your previous business or events studies and allows you to convert your existing academic credits into a full honours degree. In a fast-growing industry, take on the challenge of delivering memorable events in a wide range of sectors including exhibitions, festivals and experiential marketing.**How you learn**You’ll have the option to take part in national and international field trips, site visits and working with external organisations to enhance your engagement and understanding of operating in the international events industry.**You learn through** - lectures- seminars- live events- guest speakers- problem solving exercises- case studies- individual and group presentations- directed learning activities**Applied learningLive projects**Live projects form a valuable part of your learning on this course. You will undertake a 20 credit module based on an events management topic, have autonomy to decide on your topic, and will be supported throughout the module with experienced tutors. **Networking opportunities**Our links with industry mean you will be able to engage with a wide range of guest speakers from across the events industry. Previous guest speakers have included Martin Green of the London 2012 Organising Committee (LOCOG), Simon Graveling of Athens 2004, London 2012 and Sochi 2014, David Jamilly of Theme Traders, and Jon Hughes from KPMG.

为来自中国的学生设计 The following qualifications from China will be considered for entry on to undergraduate programmes, with a minimum average of 60 per cent: Diploma from Specialised College (Zhongzhnan); Diploma from Vocational Secondary School (Zhixiao); Three year middle school diploma plus foundation degree; and A levels. Graduate Diploma from: Radio and TV Universities; Spare Time Universities; Training Colleges for Administrative cadres; Higher Education Self Study Examinations; Adult Education/Adult Education in Science and Technology subjects; Senior High School Diploma; Chinese University Entrance Examination (until 2003); College Graduation Diploma (Dazhuan awarded by university/college on completion of 2-3 years study). Applicants who have completed the first year of an undergraduate degree at a Chinese university may be considered for direct entry to Sheffield Hallam University undergraduate programmes. Sheffield Hallam welcomes applications from international school students taking the International Baccalaureate Diploma and those achieving 28 points or more will usually be successful in obtaining an offer of a place on our undergraduate programmes. IELTS for UKVI 6.0; Listening: minimum level 5.5; Speaking: minimum level 5.5; Reading: minimum level 5.5; Writing: minimum level 5.5.
