The online master’s degree in elementary education from MU is designed to support new elementary school teachers in the early stages of their career. With a classroom-focused approach, bridging research and practice with relevant course work and mentorship, this program prepares early-career teachers for success.

Program structure and topics

The online master’s in elementary education is 100 percent online: no campus visits are required.

Students take four to eight credit hours each semester session and finish the program in two years.

为来自中国的学生设计 Minimum Admission Requirements: Have earned a U.S. bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution. Have earned a 3.0 or better GPA in the last 60 hours of baccalaureate coursework (for applicants with less than a master’s degree). Language Requirements: TOEFL Internet-based - 80 (Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing - 17 each), IELTS Academic - 6.5 (Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing - 6 each), PTE - 59, Cambridge C1 Advanced - 180.
