This enables you to explore a range of potential employment opportunities during the course and gives you substantial real-world experience to prepare for your future career.Our partnership team help you find the right placement for you. You will be in a placement setting two days per week that usually lasts up to 8 weeks during a semester on each year of the course.**Live projects**The course works with a number of educational organisations to set 'live projects' where students work collaboratively to share their knowledge with local communities. Recently our students have worked with Create Sheffield (Sheffield Cultural Education Partnership) and Sheffield Theatres Trust.**Networking opportunities**You will meet and work with a range of educational professionals and organisations, on placement and in the classroom. Our Careers and Employability team and your tutors will also introduce you to relevant research and professional networks.Developing attributes such as curiosity, independent-thinking and integrity, alongside skills such as reflection, evaluation and digital literacy opens doors to a wide range of post-degree possibilities.At each level of the course, you will be supported to reflect on the experience you are gaining and will develop action plans to scaffold your ongoing professional journey.

为来自中国的学生设计 The following qualifications from China will be considered for entry on to undergraduate programmes, with a minimum average of 60 per cent: Diploma from Specialised College (Zhongzhnan); Diploma from Vocational Secondary School (Zhixiao); Three year middle school diploma plus foundation degree; and A levels. Graduate Diploma from: Radio and TV Universities; Spare Time Universities; Training Colleges for Administrative cadres; Higher Education Self Study Examinations; Adult Education/Adult Education in Science and Technology subjects; Senior High School Diploma; Chinese University Entrance Examination (until 2003); College Graduation Diploma (Dazhuan awarded by university/college on completion of 2-3 years study). Applicants who have completed the first year of an undergraduate degree at a Chinese university may be considered for direct entry to Sheffield Hallam University undergraduate programmes. Sheffield Hallam welcomes applications from international school students taking the International Baccalaureate Diploma and those achieving 28 points or more will usually be successful in obtaining an offer of a place on our undergraduate programmes. IELTS for UKVI 6.0; Listening: minimum level 5.5; Speaking: minimum level 5.5; Reading: minimum level 5.5; Writing: minimum level 5.5.
