Strength and Conditioning practitioners must employ a wide range of underpinning knowledge, practical skills and applied techniques to meet the requirements of such a highly specialised role. This course will equip and challenge you to evaluate the physical elements of sport performance, develop tailored strength and conditioning interventions, monitor and evaluate training as well as developing your practical coaching skills through experiential learning.
