Prepare to Pass the CPA Exam

University of Houston-Clear Lake’s combined Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Professional Accounting takes undergraduate students who are focused on meeting the requirements to sit for the CPA examination and pursue a career in professional accounting from start to finish. In this integrated plan, you will be prepared with the required background to sit for the CPA examination. This plan, built on the expertise of College of Business faculty, also provides a basis for exercising judgment in accounting-related and business decisions within administrative, managerial and professional positions as well as enhance rapid career development.

UHCL internship and co-op programs provide great opportunities to create connections and get real-world experience before you graduate. You can also get involved on campus. Beta Alpha Psi, the International Honorary Organization for Financial Information professionals, and the UHCL Accounting Association/Institute of Management Accounting Student Chapter provide excellent networking opportunities for accounting students. 为来自中国的学生设计 Applicants who have attended an institution located outside the United States must: Possess the equivalent of a U.S. high school/secondary diploma. Proof of English Language Proficiency: Your minimum scores must be: 550 on the paper-based TOEFL exam; 79 on the TOEFL (iBT) exam; 6.0 on the IELTS exam, 53 on the PTE exam; or, you can successfully complete level 112 in the ELS Intensive English Language program.
