在这里学什么？ **Course summary**- Prepare for the degree with an extra foundation year at the start.- Develop critical insight into the theory and practice of tourism management.- Learn two languages and prepare yourself for work in the global economy- Study and work abroad and gain hands-on experience of the international tourism industry.- Gain understanding of the language, culture and economic context of your two target countries.Expand your language skills, whilst gaining critical insight into a range of topics related to the theory and practice of tourism management, necessary to become a multilingual professional. Study and work abroad for 18 months, developing transferable skills on an international level and giving you a competitive advantage upon graduation.**How You Learn**The course is suitable if you don't meet the entry requirements for our BA (Hons) Languages with Tourism (French) course, or you want extra preparation before starting degree-level study. You share the first year with other Sheffield Business School foundation year students, then move on to the degree.This course employs a variety of innovative learning and teaching methods within the vibrant, dynamic setting of Sheffield Business School, an internationally-recognised centre of teaching excellence which attracts g students and academics from all over the world.You learn through- a semester of overseas study in our European partner universities- an eleven month placement year abroad- lectures and seminars, with guest speakers- courses taught in the target language- independent study- presentations and group work- a variety of innovative teaching methods- state-of-the-art facilities at Sheffield Business School- In the foundation year, you'll study wider business topics, while specialising in your chosen subject area. You'll learn useful skills such as academic writing, work in diverse teams and learn to utilise a wide variety of data sources. In doing so, you'll fully prepare yourself for undergraduate study.

为来自中国的学生设计 The following qualifications from China will be considered for entry on to undergraduate programmes, with a minimum average of 60 per cent: Diploma from Specialised College (Zhongzhnan); Diploma from Vocational Secondary School (Zhixiao); Three year middle school diploma plus foundation degree; and A levels. Graduate Diploma from: Radio and TV Universities; Spare Time Universities; Training Colleges for Administrative cadres; Higher Education Self Study Examinations; Adult Education/Adult Education in Science and Technology subjects; Senior High School Diploma; Chinese University Entrance Examination (until 2003); College Graduation Diploma (Dazhuan awarded by university/college on completion of 2-3 years study). Applicants who have completed the first year of an undergraduate degree at a Chinese university may be considered for direct entry to Sheffield Hallam University undergraduate programmes. Sheffield Hallam welcomes applications from international school students taking the International Baccalaureate Diploma and those achieving 28 points or more will usually be successful in obtaining an offer of a place on our undergraduate programmes. IELTS for UKVI 6.0; Listening: minimum level 5.5; Speaking: minimum level 5.5; Reading: minimum level 5.5; Writing: minimum level 5.5.
