专业概况

The Division of Educational Administration (EDAD) offers a host of online graduate programs designed to prepare individuals for administrative and leadership positions in the K-12 and adult and higher education settings. We offer master's and educational specialist programs for school district superintendents, special education directors, curriculum directors, adult educators, and higher education administrators and classroom instructors. Our mission is to prepare post-secondary education leaders to be reflective, active, and conscientious administrators, researchers, and teachers as they explore the post-secondary educational context as a means to expand, interpret, and apply current and personal conceptions of professional practice. The Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration with a specialization in Adult and Higher Education is offered through online instruction. The Adult and Higher Education program develops practitioners who can add substantially to this field. Within the program, students will be challenged to explore core themes and content that will provide them with a breadth of exposure pertinent to both professional and academic objectives in the field of adult and higher education.

为来自中国的学生设计 Applicants must have successful completion of a baccalaureate degree or an equivalent degree from an institution with full regional accreditation for that degree. A minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 2.7 on conferred degree and/or graduate cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better, based on a 4.0 scale, on all graduate coursework. English Language Requirements: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): A minimum score of 79 on the Internet-Based TOEFL (iBT) or 550 on the Paper-Based TOEFL (PBT); International English Language Testing Service (IELTS) - a minimum IELTS score of 6.0, and Pearson Test of English (PTE) - a minimum PTE score of 53.
