专业概况

在这里学什么？ St Mary’s University offers a range of degrees with a foundation year to help students who do not have the qualifications to meet the entry requirements for an undergraduate degree develop the skills and knowledge required to access degree programmes.In the first year of the four-year degree, students will focus specifically on communication (oral and written), critical thinking, research, independent study, and digital and employability skills.Along with three core Foundation Year modules, the pathway also includes three science-based modules.On successful completion of the foundation year, students will automatically progress on to the first year of the Physical Education, Sport and Youth Development three year degree programme.Students who opt to complete only the first year of the four-year degree at St Mary’s will be provided with a transcript which will detail the modules taken and the grades achieved. This transcript can be used to access undergraduate degrees in future at St Mary’s, another university or support applications for employment.

为来自中国的学生设计 Students who have completed the National College Entrance Examination (Gaokao ) with an average total score of 70%, will normally be accepted for undergraduate entry. All our undergraduate and foundation degree programmes require 6.0 overall with no less than 5.5 in any section.
