The Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program will train you to be an exceptional behavior analyst who has the skills to improve quality of life for people with behavioral challenges, including children and adults with developmental needs.

Degree Requirements

A minimum of 39 semester credit hours must be completed in fulfillment of degree requirements. Completion of this degree includes completion of a Thesis/Capstone. In addition to the coursework requirement, you will need to meet experience standards. The BACB has three experience categories: (a) supervised independent fieldwork (1500 hrs), (b) practicum (1000 hrs), or (c) intensive practicum (750 hrs). Students in the Master’s program will be required to complete intensive practicum at the MU Thompson Center for Autism and Neurodevelopmental Disorders for credit (6 credits) under the supervision of a BCBA.

为来自中国的学生设计 Minimum Admission Requirements: Have earned a U.S. bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution. Have earned a 3.0 or better GPA in the last 60 hours of baccalaureate coursework (for applicants with less than a master’s degree). Language Requirements: TOEFL Internet-based - 80 (Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing - 17 each), IELTS Academic - 6.5 (Reading, Listening, Speaking, Writing - 6 each), PTE - 59, Cambridge C1 Advanced - 180.
