Students pursuing a degree in Business Administration will gain exposure to multiple areas of business including Accounting, Economics, Finance and Banking, Management, and Marketing. By choosing to study business administration with an emphasis in Economics, students ready themselves for business careers from the broad perspective of economics, developing expertise in topics such as economic forecasting, analysis of interest rates and financial markets, labor economics and international economics. Students typically prepare for careers in a range of industrial, commercial, and financial organizations as well as government agencies and political institutions.
