专业概况

在这里学什么？ This programme is built on the acquisition of relevant subject knowledge, critical approaches and key skills in the first academic year. These are developed in subsequent years while integrating the study of film and creative practices in film, and enhancing research skills to allow you to work in both independent and informed ways at advanced levels of study. Practical work develops integrated knowledge of a wide range of theoretical concepts and the ability to employ methodological skills and tools applicable to a career in scriptwriting, screenplay development and other creative text production roles in the media/film industry. In the second academic year, you take two/three Film Studies and two/three Screenwriting optional modules depending on which area you choose to undertake your Dissertation in. In the final academic year, you choose at least three Film Studies and three Screenwriting optional modules.

为来自中国的学生设计 Students with a GPA of 3.5 or above in certain schools may be considered for entry onto year 1 of a Bachelor's degree on a case by case basis. Those who have successfully completed one year study at a recognised university in China will also be considered.
