专业概况

Course Overview:

Architecture is a uniquely broad subject field synthesising the arts, psychology, sociology and technology. Students face the complex challenges of building design combining anthropometrics, building function, construction and context. The creative richness manifests an environment in which architecture students are exposed to creative practice at its purest. For an architecture student this is a very stimulating environment in which to be educated. Our aim is to fully utilise the possibilities this presents to allow our students to become true creatives who can contribute these sensibilities to the profession of architecture and ultimately to the design and shaping of the built environment.

The Programme Team are exploring prescription by ARB in the early stages of this new programme which has recently been validated by the University of Hull and due to start delivery in late January 2020. This is a two year full-time programme, for those wishing to study part-time the programme is delivered over three years.
